Victorian Ranch in Longmont, CO
Here are a few before and after photos of a recent fix-and-flip in Longmont. It's the oldest house we've ever worked on, built in 1939. There were two separate additions to the house over the years, as well as a partially finished basement, totaling almost 2200 square feet of living space.
