We're a small local company that does a fairly small amount of business.  We work daily with sellers, buyers, investors, private lenders, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, appraisers, real estate agents/brokers, and too many others to mention.  That's what puts the "group" in Green Room Property Group.

GRPG was founded in 2010 by Dave Laub, and has been actively doing business ever since.  Dave wears many hats in this business, and even more in life.  He has spent nearly two decades as a school band director and professional saxophonist.  Dave remains an active educator and musician, while pursuing real estate investment, raising a family, and enjoying many of the activities that Colorado has to offer.

Dave's love for teaching and experience as a professional educator go a long way in this business.  Customers quickly learn that they are treated fairly and respectfully.
